Coffee table with abstract pattern. Belgium design, circa 1950. Black steel frame with a ceramic composition of black and blue colored tiles. The coffee table represents a strong decorative character. The abstract look of the top beautifully contrasts with the open and clean layout of the base.

Dining table, model 'AT 303' or 'sawhorse table'. Designed by Hans Wegner in 1955. Made by master cabinetmaker Andreas Tuck. Fully oak wooden version 170 cm or 66,92 inch. Floating table top with brushed steel tubular stem keeping the cross-shaped legs together. Underneath marked with 'Andr. Tuck design. Hans J. Wegner made in Denmark' and stamped with Danish control label. It's minimal appearance and focus on forms and function this table is a great example of Scandinavian modern design. This table could also be used as a desk.

Modernist coffee table designed by Pierre Guariche for Disderot. Circa 1950, France. Black tubular steel frame with floating glass table top. All original and new glass table top in perfect mint condition. The coffee table are typical for the aesthetics and philosophy of Guariche. He was an architect first and foremost and focussed mainly on shape and form. One of his other ideals was his commitment to create simplistic, affordable and thus industrial furniture. This coffee table is an excellent example of his playful and effective by means of simple design interventions.

This chest is based on a solid construction made of teak wood, featuring straight lines and right-angled shapes. Designed by Pieter De Bruyne for AL Meubel, Belgium 1959. Functionality comes into play through the availability of great amount of storage space created by three extended drawers. De Bruyne placed the cabinet on a well-proportioned base with metal connections that lifts up the piece in an architectural manner and shows wonderful lines and constructive highlights.

Modernist desk or console, designed by Emile Souply. Circa 1965, Belgium. Chrome plated metal trestles with smoked glass top. Émile Souply (1933 - 2013) was a silversmith by training, and his interests in the field of the visual arts were diverse. Above all, he valued artworks as objects for reflection. Throughout his career, Émile Souply’s output moved between silversmithing, designer furniture, jewelry, sculpture, architecture and teaching.

Belgian modern wall unit designed by Alfred Hendrickx for Belform, circa 1960. Rectangular rosewood frame foundation. Special feature is the open space that allows the wall unit to interact with the back wall. Multiple shelves (6) and two compartments. Compartment with doors and shelve inside and compartment that can be used as desk.

Set of eight chairs. Designed by Fien Muller and Hannes Van Severen. Made in Belgium. Since it is made of aluminum, the chair is quite light and suited for both indoor and outdoor use, thanks to the treatment with beewax and an uv protective lacquer. The aluminum frame of the chair shines bright while the landscape of colors for backrest and seatings give it that typical Muller Van Severen aesthetic. The alu chair is an industrial version of the ‘chair 2’ designed for the Bahrain pavilion at the World Milan Expo 2015.

Set of four dining chairs designed by the German designer Eugen Schmidt. Circa 1960. The chairs are made of solid rosewood plywood in an elegant shape, which provides them with a very clean line. Upholstered in new green calf leather. Mounted on chrome folded legs, the chairs have a slight floating appearance.

The Bird Chaise Longue is a rocking armchair, a comfortable and functional seat that follows the light movement of those who decide to stretch out on its wings. Designed by Tom Dixon for Cappellini 1990. Model Bird. It is composed of an internal structure in wood and metal, padded and with completely blue removable cover (Tonus 4 0631). The lounge chair remains in perfect condition. Marked underneath with 'Cappellini International interiors, Bird design Tom Dixon'.
